Why do some of my scans have a yellow hue?

There are a number of reasons your scans may have a yellow hue or tint to them.

These steps can help resolve this issue:

1. Film and Slides can yellow or fade over time, some colors fade faster than others.​
2. Confirm the scanner is set to the correct film type setting.​
3. Confirm the correct film holder is being used.​
4. Reposition the film to see if the colors improve.​
5. Adjust the colors – increase blue and red to counter yellow​
