My jewelry cleaner will not turn on.

If you find your Magnasonic Ultrasonic Jewelry Cleaner will not turn on, there are a few steps you can try to correct the issue:

• If the cleaner is plugged into a power bar or surge protector, unplug it from the bar and plug it directly into a wall outlet.
• Your jewelry cleaner requires water to clean. If the water tank is not filled at least to the minimum mark, the cleaner may be damaged.
• Each cleaner has a maximum run time, if too many cleaning cycles are performed back to back, the cleaner may overheat and become damaged.
• Water must be emptied by pouring it from the side of the tank. If water runs over the controls, it could damage them.
