Why is a return authorization number needed?

A return authorization (RA) number is a part of the process of returning a product to receive a refund, replacement, or repair during the product's warranty period.

The purchaser of the product must contact us to obtain authorization to return the product.

The resulting return authorization number must be displayed on the returned product's packaging.  Returns are not accepted without this number. 

This allows our testing and repair technicians to easily locate your return.  Without a valid RA number, your package may not be accepted, which will delay the processing of your return.
