If you find the remote or volume knob is not working as expected on the Ai40/Ai60 or Ai41/Ai61/Ai81 powered speakers, you can perform a reset by following these steps:
- Press the power button on the remote or press and hold the volume knob on the speaker to put the speaker on standby.
- While on standby, press and hold the Bluetooth reset button found on the back of the right speaker.
- The red LED will flash and your speaker will be reset to defaults. This will also reset your bass and treble settings.
