When will stock be available?

Out of Stock:
If the date when the item will be available is known , it will be posted on product listing page. To get notified when the item is available, please sign up for the stock alert email on the product listing page.

Pre-order:
If an item is available for pre-order, you can reserve the product before it comes into stock. The estimated arrival date for pre-order products is available on the product’s listing page.

Q: Do I get charged when I place a pre-order?

To ensure your item(s) are reserved, your payment will be processed within 7 business days. Your order will ship within the date provided in your order confirmation email. If any changes to the order are needed, please contact us as soon as possible.

 
Can I modify my pre-order?

If a change is required for your pre-order (colour, model, shipping address etc), it will need to be cancelled and re-placed.

 

Can I place a pre-order outside of the US or Canada?

At this time, pre-orders are available to US and Canadian customers only.
