How to connect to Fluance Powered Bookshelf Speakers using Bluetooth

To take advantage of the Bluetooth function of the speakers, follow these simple steps:
  1. Select the Bluetooth input by pressing the volume knob or the source button on the remote control. Once Bluetooth is selected, the indicator LED will flash Blue.
  2. Open the Bluetooth settings on your smartphone and select Fluance Ai40 from the list when it appears.
  3. The Ai40 will remember the last device connected. This means if you leave the room and come back in with Bluetooth enabled, your phone will automatically connect to the Ai40, no additional pairing required.
  4. To forget the device, press and hold the Bluetooth reset button on the back of the active speaker, or on the remote control for 3 seconds. The LED will begin to flash, searching for another device.
  5. Once connected to Bluetooth, you can use the playback controls on the remote to control the functions within your app. This includes Play, Pause, Volume, and Skip Track.
