Fi70: Cannot connect to Bluetooth

If you are unable to connect to your Fi70 with your phone, computer, or other Bluetooth wireless device, try these steps:

1. Ensure the media volume is turned up on your source device.
2. Press the source button on the Fi70 until you see "BT" on the LED display.With your device, go to 'Settings' and turn Bluetooth on.
3. A list of Bluetooth devices will appear on your source device.
4. Select "Fluance Fi70" 
5. You should hear an alert from the Fi70 when you're connected
6. Press and hold the  “Play/Pause” button on the remote/touch panel. The Fi70 will be available to connect to any new device for the next 30 seconds. If no device is found, the Fi70 will auto-pair back to the previously connected device.
7. Try re-pairing your device.
8. Try another device (different make/model if possible).
9. Try connecting away from other wireless devices: Routers, Smart Speakers/TVS etc.
