Can I connect powered speakers to an amplifier?

Speakers such as our Ai41/61/81, Ri71, Ri91, and Fi70 cannot be connected to an amplifier or receiver.

These speakers have their own built in amplifier with inputs for connecting your audio devices. The binding posts are used only to connect from the powered speaker to the passive speaker.

Connecting these speakers to an amplifier may cause damage to both the speaker and amplifier.
