Does the product come with a power adapter for my country? Will I need a voltage converter?
No, if a product is listed with range under the Input Power specification (100-240V), only an adapter for the outlet will be required. If the Input Power is a single value (110V) a voltage converter will be required to prevent damage to the product. Damage caused by incorrect voltage is not covered under warranty. How do I place an international order?
- Visit our website—your country will be automatically detected based on your IP address.
- Add your item(s) to the cart and check if the correct country is selected. You can find your country’s flag in the bottom left corner of the cart screen. If incorrect, click the flag to update it.
- Once your country is selected, prices will display in your local currency. Click Checkout to proceed.
- Fill in the required details on the International Checkout page. After reviewing your information, click Place My Order.
- You’ll receive an order confirmation page and a confirmation email.
