What can I do if the cueing lever doesn't work?
If you find that your tonearm lift isn't working when you raise or lower the cueing lever, these steps will help you fix it.
- Move the tonearm off the rest. There is a cutout on the tonearm bridge that prevents it from lifting the tonearm while it's on the rest or locked.

- Watch the bridge when you raise and lower the cueing lever. It moves slowly to prevent damage and may be difficult to notice.
- Feel for resistance when raising the cueing lever. If there is no resistance, the lever is not making contact with the lift mechanism.
- Raise the cueing lever to the up position.
- Adjust the tonearm bridge by turning the screw counterclockwise, this will raise the tonearm bridge, but lowers the mechanism inside. You may need to make several adjustments before you start feeling resistance when you move the cueing lever. Only adjust 1-2 turns at a time.
