Why does the screen on my EAAC600 clock keep turning off?

The dimmer switch on the side of the unit may be set to Auto. When set to Auto, the display will remain on for few seconds and then shut off until a button on the clock is pressed. If it is set to Auto, try moving the switch to either High or Low. If this does not resolve the issue, try restoring the clock to factory default by pressing the Reset button on the bottom.
