EB10/EB20/EB30: Why is there no sound coming from my speakers?

1. ​Increase the volume on the audio source, and speaker, confirming the speakers are not muted.
2. Unplug the speakers from power for 30 seconds and plug them back in.
3. If plugged into a power bar or surge protector, plug them directly into a wall outlet.
4. Check the speaker wire, and ensure that each end is inserted firmly and does not pull out of the speaker easily.
5. You may need to strip some of the insulation off to expose more copper for a solid connection.
6. Try another audio source.
7. Try another input option on the speakers.
8. Try another set of cables.
