Why is the time fast or slow?
There are several reasons your clock could be displaying the wrong time. For help setting the time on your clock, visit this link to find the manual for your product:

- Ensure the year, month, and day are set correctly. If they are incorrect, it may affect the daylight savings settings.
- If the clock is an hour fast or slow, you may have selected an incorrect time zone, or daylight savings might be enabled. Daylight savings can be disabled by holding the DST button until the time changes.
- Unplug the clock from the power outlet
- Remove the backup battery found on the bottom of the clock
- Wait for 60 seconds.
- Re-insert the battery or replace the battery with a new one if you have one and then plug the clock into the power outlet again.
