Why is the projector on my clock not working?

1. Ensure that the projector is turned on. Press the ON/OFF button on the back of the projector to be sure that it is turned on. 
2. Turn the focus dial on the back of the projector to focus the image
3. Ensure the dimmer is not enabled. Please press the large snooze/dimmer button to see if it resolves the issue. You may need to press it multiple times.  

If the above steps still do not seem to help, please reset the clock by following these steps:

1. Unplug the clock from the power outlet.
2. Remove the backup battery found in the bottom of the clock.
3. Wait for 60 seconds.
4. Re-insert the battery and plug the clock into the power outlet again.

NOTE: Removing the battery will erase all of your alarm clock radio's settings.
