Why do I only hear sound from one speaker?

This can occur when the speaker wire isn't inserted far enough into the clips on the active or passive speakers.

These steps will help get both speakers working:

• Try another audio source to confirm if the issue is the speakers or something in the setup of the source such as a loose RCA cable for a turntable.
• Confirm the speaker wire is connected to the matching colour-coded connection( Red (+) to Red(+), Black (-) to Black (-).
• Reinsert the speaker wire into each spring clip.
• Remove more of the rubber jacket from the speaker wire to expose more wire for a better connection.
