The display (either main or projector) is not showing correctly.

Please try the steps below to reset the clock:

  1. Press the dimmer button to ensure that the display is not turned off
  2. Un-plug the clock from power outlet
  3. Remove the back-up battery found on bottom of the clock
  4. Wait for 60 seconds
  5. Re-insert the battery and plug the clock into power outlet again.
