RR35/RR36: What can I do if my record player doesn't turn on?

  1. Confirm the power switch on the back is in the ON position and a speed is selected on the speed selector switch.​
  2. Do you hear any sounds or see any lights?
  3. Check the power supply connected to the turntable. The output on the label should read 12.0V 600mA. It must be the power supply provided with the turntable.
  4. Try plugging it directly into a wall outlet instead of a power bar or surge protector.
  5. Turn the turntable off using the power switch on the back of the plinth. Leave it off for 45 minutes before turning it back on and trying to use it again.
