RR35/RR36: Sound from one channel

If you are only hearing sound from one of the speakers connected to your Electrohome Montrose record player, there are a number of steps you can take to fix it:

1. Try another audio source on your speakers. If the issue only seems to be the turntable, continue with the following steps.
2. Try another set of RCA cables. Be sure to test using the cables included in the package as they will be new and in good condition.
3. Perform the tonearm setup again.
4. Use a stylus cleaning brush and clean your stylus. Dust and debris can build up on the stylus tip and cause into to stop tracking the groove correctly.
5. Use a record-cleaning brush to clean your records.
6. On the rear of the cartridge, there are 4 pins that should have wires connected to them, ensure these connections are tight.
