CWD acquired the Electrohome® brand in 2010 to increase the range of products that we offer.  This brand was acquired due to its rich history and its consumer electronic products. Due to this acquisition, we are not able to offer technical support for products released prior to 2010.  Customers are still welcome to contact us for support but please understand that resources for supporting those products are very limited. 
 

All products on our website are fully supported. If you require any further assistance please do not hesitate to contact us.

We are unable to offer support for antique or vintage Electrohome products such as televisions, or other appliances from before 2010.
