Please keep all original packaging to return your product for refund or warranty replacement.
Our products are specifically packaged to protect them from any damage during shipping, and without this packaging the return shipment could be damaged.

For Record Players, please ensure the following:
- The tonearm is locked and secured with a twist tie.
- The power supply is wrapped and packaged separately.
- Ensure the stylus is covered and no loose pieces are inside the unit.
- Ensure the display screen is protected (if applicable)
- When your product is packaged, it should have little to no room to move within the box.
