EB10/EB20/EB30: Why can't I connect to my speakers with Bluetooth?

There are a number of reasons you may not be able to connect to your speakers with Bluetooth.

These steps will get you connected!

1. Confirm the speaker is set to Bluetooth, this is usually shown with a flashing blue light when in pairing mode, or solid when paired.​
2. Confirm the device is paired to the speaker.​
3. Confirm no other devices are paired with the speaker.
4. Check the volume level of the source device (PC, Phone, etc).​
5. Confirm the source device is within 33 feet of the speakers with line of sight​
6. Check for sources of interference nearby – wireless routers, microwaves, etc.​
7. Press and hold the Bluetooth reset button​ for 3 seconds to reset the connection.
8. Turn the Bluetooth off on the source device and turn it back on.
