EAAC302: How to Set the Date and Time

To change the date and time, or verify the time on your EAAC302 or EAAC302W clock, please follow these steps:

1.       Press and hold the clock button along the top (the button to the left of the big snooze button).
2.       The year will start to flash.
3.       To change the year, press the right or left arrow (<>)  button along the top. Once the correct year is flashing, press the Clock button again to advance to the next option which is the month and day.
4.       To set the month and day, use the same (<>) to select the proper Month, then press the clock button again and do the same with the day.
5.       Press the clock button again to advance to the next option which is the 12H(hour) or 24H time view.
 6.       Next, press the clock again to advance to the time setting. The hour will flash first. Use those same right/left arrow buttons to change the hour. Once the proper hour is flashing on the screen, press the clock button once more to select the proper minute.  Once completed, press the clock button again one last time to save your preferences. The proper time should now display on your clock display.
( Note: the LED Dot appears on the screen to the right of PM indicating that the time is set to PM. No dot will appear on the screen if set to AM.)

Now that this is done, you will also want to be sure that the proper time zone is selected. To do that, follow these steps:
1.       Turn the radio off. This will not work if the radio is on.
2.       Press and hold the “TIMEZONE” button (the same button as the large Snooze button) until the time zone numbers start to flash.
3.       Press the (<>) until your proper time zone appears on the display.

Time zones are as follows:
0 = Newfoundland time               
1 = Atlantic Time
2 = Eastern Time (Default)
3 = Central Time              
4 = Mountain Time
5 = Pacific Time
6 = Alaska Time
7 = Hawaiian Time

Press the clock button once (second to the left of the large snooze button) to save your preferences.
