Can I upgrade the cartridge on my Electrohome record player?

The Electrohome Kingston (RR75) stylus and cartridge cannot be upgraded, while there are 3rd party options available, we cannot troubleshoot any issues that may occur from them as they are unsupported.

While we do not currently support changing the Electrohome Montrose record players' cartridge, it includes the Audio Technica AT3600L cartridge, which is compatible with the Audio Technica AT91 stylus. 

The tonearm of the Montrose (RR35/RR36) can support a cartridge ranging from 0.12 - 0.18 oz (3.5 - 5 g).
